4.1 LISTING EXPERIENCE

Below we list some capital projects to illustrate the range of our output.All were obtained by standard competitive bid methods. We feel sure that all of our customers would be happy to discuss our performances and we canprovide contact names if required.

1.0 ICI AUSTRALIA - BOTANY SITE

1.1 ETHYLENE PLANT

a. The complete fabrication and installation of all stainless steel pipework and equipment for the first and second Ground Flares, including modifications to the Seal Drum internals.
b. The fabrication and installation in 1982 of the two safety valve Venting Towers and associated piping at the new LPG storage facilities

1.2 ETHYLENE OXIDE PLANT

a. The fabrication of several pressure vessels in stainless steel and carbon steel of which the largest (Hot Oil Surge Tank), was well in excess of eight (8) tonnes in weight measuring 2.5m in diameter and 5.6m in height. For the same project we completed, the Oxygen MixerSparger (304 stainless steel) and the Pre-coat Tank (321 stainless steel).
b. The fabrication of three (3) replacement columns (Monoethers, Glycol and Monogoycol) using 253MA materials. All the welding was carried out employing the Submerged Arc process.

1.3 PVC PLANT

In January 1983, we manufactured and delivered two (2) 110 tonne CorvicStorage Silos (5.5m DIA x 15m LONG), fabricated from 6.35thk the Aluminium (5082-H321), which were the largest ever, aluminium silos delivered whollyas one unit to this site.

1.4 CHLORINE PLANT

In 1992, we designed and fabricated (to Class 1), several banks of chlorineCondensers utilising 6.0 meter lengths of 350NB Sch 100 pipe.

1.5 VCM PLANT

The installation of a Containment Vessel to AS1210-1982 CL, which is 20.5m long and 2m DIA, has a capacity of 50m3 and weighs 20 tonnes. Constructed from 16mm boiler plate to AS1548-7-430R.

2.0 PERMUTIT-BOBY (Now - THAMES WATER)

In 1991, we fabricated six (6) filter vessels for power station water treatment plants.


3.0 WEST'S (AUSTRALIASIA) LIMITED

3.1 NAURU PHOSPHATE CORP. CENTRAL PACIFIC
PHOSPHATE CALCINATION PLANT

Fabrication and installation of high pressure steam service and fuel gas lines. The complete fabrication and installation of the 40 tonnes per hourFluid Bed Black Soil Drying Plant.Two (2) Secondary Coolers fabricated with90-10 copper nickel tubes welded to 2RK65 stainless steel shell. Four (4)stainless steel Fluo Chambers, Calciners Combustion Chambers, Cyclones,Wet Scrubbers, Duct work and Hoppers.

3.2 PIONEER CONCRETE MELBOURNE

Fluid Bed Sand Dryer. Incorporating a stainless steel Venturi Wet Scrubber.

4.0 LINDE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD For the ICI Ethylene Plant (Olefines II) at Botany NSW, we completed the design and fabrication of 36 pressure vessels, heat exchangers for the project.

4.1 We have also manufactured for Linde Australia Pty Limited, all the pressure vessels for the Cryogenic Liquid Recovery Plant at the PRA Altona Refinery. Our contract entailed the design and fabrication of the following vessels.

One of our recently completed projects for Linde was the design and manufacture of 13 pressure vessels and eight (8) heat exchangers for thenew Polythene Plant at ICI Botany.

5.0 PRA PTY LIMITED

5.1
In October 1986, we designed, fabricated and delivered to site, for their CLR Project, one CHD Deaerator Column (1219ID x 12PL x 12.5m LONG) with a weight of 7.1 tonne.

5.2

Late 1990 for the same plant we designed, fabricated from L.T. impact tested materials and delivered a De-ethaniser Tower 23m long x 1067ID, fully stress relieved, with trays installed.

6.0 EMAIL LIMITED

For this company we have standing orders for electric heater casings ranging in size from 80NB to 450NB in either carbon steel or stainless steel.

7.0 DAVY JOHN BROWN

In 1990, we designed, fabricated and delivered to the Ampol Refinery, Brisbane, 17 pressure vessels ranging from 300mm diameter up to 3400mm diameter by 12 meters long.

8.0 PEABODY HOLMES AUSTRALIA

In 1991, we designed and fabricated a horizontal air heater for Shell Geelong Oil Refinery service in carbon and stainless steel.

Late September 1993, we completed and delivered to Onslow WA three vessels complete with internals pertaining to the Griffin Onshore project for B.H.P.P. on behalf of Linde (Australia)Pty Ltd.

Early November 1993, we completed the fabrication and delivery of vessels for Shell Refining Clyde NSW) P.T.P. Unit the contract for twelve (12) vessels comprised of specially produced plate suitable for sour duties ranging from 16 to 32mm thick.

On the 14th February 1994, we delivered to Shell Refinery Clyde (for the C.C.U. Shutdown) Two (2) new exchangers, E169G and E169H. Scope of work for the two units was to design, obtain Statutory Approval, fabricate, test and delivery to site.

E169G was fabricated from 7-460N material having a 410 S/S tube bundle. E169H was fabricated from imported CR/MO Plate with all wetted parts overlaid with 321 S/S. Both units were fully stress relieved.The above price encompassed the supply of mating pipe spools and modifications to units E169A & F. Shell's Project Engineer was Mr Dennis Drentin.

By the end of November 1994, we had completed the refurbishment of a total of twelve (12) Transfer Line Exchangers for ICI Australia, which required developing of Weld Procedures to weld CR/MO to Mo plates 66mm thick and each unit weighing 17.5 tonnes and internal welding of tube to tubesheet joints at the back of the tube plate by automatic orbital welding process.


9.0 ICI BOTANY-ETHANE CONVERSION PROJECT

For Linde Australia we completed the design and manufacture well ahead of a very demanding schedule. Six heat exchangers, two of which where fabricated from ASTM A 203 GR E (3.5% NI Steel)This material required development of specialised welding and fabrication procedures.

10.0 SHELL REFINING (AUSTRALIA) - CLYDE REFINERY

A new critical flow nozzle and A304 Cyclone Head fabricated working around the clock to avoid a shutdown to the CCU Plant was successfully completed during the Easter period (1995). For this effort we received an acknowledgement letter of thanks for a job well done from Shell Project Group Engineer - Mr D. Drentin. Following we have designed and manufactured two pumps storage tanks and replaced eight (8) heat exchanger tube bundles. E1305 Exchanger having the tube sheet overlay of monel metal 15mm THK at the gasket grooves.

11.0 AMPOL REFINING (BRISBANE)

a.This year we have completed replacement of several exchanger bundles.Redesigned and fabricated to latest AS1210 Code TEMA 'R'. Fabricated and delivered a replacement fractionator Reflux Drum 7C-10 with the requirementthat the new vessel was to pick up all the existing pipes as no HOT work was allowed on site.
b. For the 1996 plant shutdown at Ampol-Caltex Kurnell, we have completed the replacement of 11 tube bundle consisting of replacement of over 6000 tubes. Retube of 'U' bundle 45E 800 B fully stress relieved and with replaced tubesheet and welded tubes was achieved in 10 days. Fin tubes, coming from W.A. and some from Victoria.To one bundle we installed spiral flow devices.

12.0 MOBIL AUSTRALIA (ADELAIDE)

For Mobil Australia (Adelaide Refinery), we are manufacturing the Solvent Dehydrator Tower T-4010 over 26m LONG x 2134 ID in carbon steel. Two exchangers and A304 S/S Accumulator Drum D3105.

13.0 BHP/KINETIC TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL (K.T.I) B.V. NETHERLANDS

November 1996 our recently completed work to design and manufacture of eight Heat Exchangers for B.H.P Gas Regeneration Plant to the Direct Reduced Iron Project Port Headland, Western Australia.

14.0 AUSTRALIAN GOLD REAGENTS

Current work in progress are vessels for Shedden Uhde who are prime contractors for the duplication of the No: 2 Sodium Cyanide Plant at Australian Gold Reagents Kwinana Complex.

Design and fabrication of 3 kettle type exchangers. 8 off pressure vessels and a 20m high vent stack. Fabricated from ASTM A240 316 S/S ranging from 8mm to 20mm in thickness. Exchanger tubes to ASTM A213 TP 316 seamless. Fully welded and light expanded to tubesheets.
